The HEXAGON workshop on power grid optimization aims at gathering people from both Academia and Industry to exchange ideas and showcase the latest results in the field. This workshop is part of the HEXAGON project supported by a PRIN-PNRR 2022 grant.

Dates and venue
The workshop will be held from 18th to 20th June, 2024, at the University of Bergamo, in the Salvecchio campus in via Salvecchio 19, Città Alta.

Logistics
The workshop venue is located in the beautiful Città Alta neighborhood of Bergamo. Surrounded by Unesco Heritage 16th-century Venetian Walls, the Città Alta citadel is among the most visited areas in the Lombardy region for its architectural and historical attractions.
Note: The COMICON conference will take place in Bergamo right after the workshop, on 21-23 June, and finding a hotel room may not be easy. Book in advance!
How to reach the workshop venue
Three airports are within two hours of Bergamo: the Caravaggio Airport (BGY), a 20-minute bus ride to the city; Milan Linate (LIN, 30 minutes by car or about one hour by public transport); and Milan Malpensa (MXP, one hour by car, two by public transport).
We look forward to seeing scientists, practitioners, and students in Bergamo in mid June!
